Misc small fixes

* Remove the rpmbuild tree with the dist-clean target.
* Move ipa-server-setupssl from /usr/sbin to /usr/share/ipa
* Check in requirement change for generated freeipa-python.spec
* Fix interactive hostname in ipa-server-install.
