Christian Heimes b431e9b684 Py3: Remove subclassing from object 
Python 2 had old style and new style classes. Python 3 has only new
style classes. There is no point to subclass from object any more.

Petr Viktorin bc5b13c3da ipatests: Use pytest-sourceorder 
The plugin to run tests within a class in the order they're defined
in the source was split into a separate project.
Use this project instead of a FreeIPA-specific copy.
