Martin Basti f98faec478 ipa-client-install: move client install to module 
This commit only moves the code from ipa-client-install to module
ipaclient/install/client.py and fixes PEP8.

Christian Heimes 4cd83fb51c Port all setup.py to setuptools 
All setup.py files are now using setuptools through a common file
ipasetup.py. The file is auto-generated and contain all common
settings.
