Endi Sukma Dewata f56f8a34d3 Added instructions to generate CSR. 
The certificate request dialog box has been modified to show
the OpenSSL commands for generating a CSR.

The realm and entry names in the test data have been fixed to
be more consistent.

Endi S. Dewata df6bd6ab5a Updated sample data. 
New sample data files have been added for search facet paging. Unused
files have been removed. The names used in the files have been updated
for consistency.

Adam Young 7486a33221 scrollable content areas 
Turn off the side scroll bars for pages.

Resizes the table when the browser resizes

For stables, the rows scroll, but not the header.
For details, the content area scrolls.
Reserves 400 picesl for the header/ footer.   Resize is only done on reload
