Serhii Tsymbaliuk bf1875a0e7 Web UI tests: Get rid of *_cert_path and *_csr_path config variables 
Web UI tests now don't require additional configuration to test certificates.
Self-signed certificates and CSR are generated on fly.
Next variables from ~/.ipa/ui_test.conf for now are deprecated:
- arbitrary_cert_path
- service_csr_path
- user_csr_path

Michal Reznik b1f368c682 ui_tests: fixes for issues with sending key and focus on element 
Fixes 2 issues in WebUI tests. One issue is that we are unable to
confirm a dialog by "Enter" keyboard - "actions.click()" helps
here to get focus on the page.

Second issue is probbaly related to screen resolution as we cannot
click to some of the action buttons (buttons which are having issue
varies).

Milan Kubik 0a64e9bd70 Applied tier0 and tier1 marks on unit tests and xmlrpc tests 
Web UI tests were marked as tier1 tests.

The tier system is intended to be used together with CI system
to make sure the more complicated tests are being run only
when all of the basic functionality is working.

The system is using pytest's marker system. E.g. an invocation of
all tier1 tests with listing will look like:

    $ py.test -v -m tier1 ipatests

or in case of out of tree tests:

    $ ipa-run-tests -m tier1

Petr Vobornik fddb2212bc webui-css: improve radio,checkbox keyboard support and color 
checkboxes and radio buttons:
- do not change color on hover when disabled
- are focusable and checkable be keyboard again. This uses a little
  trick where the real checkbox is hidden under the artificial
  checkbox. That way it has the same position and therefore it
  works even in containers with overflow set.
