A server may have 2 or more NICs and its hostname may thus resolve
to 2 and more forward addresses. IP address checks in install
scripts does not expect this setup and may fail or crash.
This script adds a support for multiple forward addresses for
a hostname. The install scripts do not crash now. When one IP
address is needed, user is asked to choose from all detected
server IP addresses.

The validator has been improved to support better both SOA format
(e-mail address in a domain name format, without '@') and standard
e-mail format. Allow '\.' character in a SOA format encoding the

Integrate new bind-dyndb-ldap features to automatically track
DNS data changes:
1) Zone refresh
Set --zone-refresh in installation to define number of seconds
between bind-dyndb-ldap polls for new DNS zones. User now
doesn't have to restart name server when a new zone is added.
2) New zone notifications
Use LDAP persistent search mechanism to immediately get
notification when any new DNS zone is added. Use --zone-notif
install option to enable. This option is mutually exclusive
with Zone refresh.
To enable this functionality in existing IPA installations,
update a list of arguments for bind-dyndb-ldap in /etc/named.conf.
An example when zone refresh is disabled and DNS data change
notifications (argument psearch of bind-dyndb-ldap) are enabled:

Create reverse DNS zone for /24 IPv4 subnet and /64 IPv6 subnet by
default instead of using the netmask from the --ip-address option.
Custom reverse DNS zone can be specified using new --reverse-zone
option, which replaces the old --ip-address netmask way of creating
reverse zones.
The reverse DNS zone name is printed to the user during the install.

When a new DNS zone is being created a local hostname is set as a
nameserver of the new zone. However, when the zone is created
during ipa-replica-prepare, the the current master/replica doesn't
have to be an IPA server with DNS support. This would lead to DNS
zones with incorrect NS records as they wouldn't point to a valid
name server.
Now, a list of all master servers with DNS support is retrieved
during DNS zone creation and added as NS records for a new DNS
zone.

When a new reverse zone was created in ipa-replica-prepare (this
may happen when a new replica is from different subnet), the master
DNS address was corrupted by invalid A/AAAA record. This caused
problems for example in installing replica.

This replace the former ipactl script, as well as replace the current way ipa
components are started.
Instead of enabling each service in the system init scripts, enable only the
ipa script, and then let it start all components based on the configuration
read from the LDAP tree.

The new model is based on permssions, privileges and roles.
Most importantly it corrects the reverse membership that caused problems
in the previous implementation. You add permission to privileges and
privileges to roles, not the other way around (even though it works that
way behind the scenes).
A permission object is a combination of a simple group and an aci.
The linkage between the aci and the permission is the description of
the permission. This shows as the name/description of the aci.
ldap:///self and groups granting groups (v1-style) are not supported by
this model (it will be provided separately).
This makes the aci plugin internal only.

We used to check for these one at a time so you'd run it once and find
out you're missing the bind package. Install that and run the installer
again and you'd discover you're missing bind-dyndb-ldap.

We have had a state file for quite some time that is used to return
the system to its pre-install state. We can use that to determine what
has been configured.
This patch:
- uses the state file to determine if dogtag was installed
- prevents someone from trying to re-install an installed server
- displays some output when uninstalling
- re-arranges the ipa_kpasswd installation so the state is properly saved
- removes pkiuser if it was added by the installer
- fetches and installs the CA on both masters and clients
Also get rid of functions get_host_name(), get_realm_name() and
get_domain_name(). They used the old ipapython.config. Instead, use the
variables from api.env. We also change them to bootstrap() and
finalize() correctly.
Additionally, we add the dns_container_exists() function that will be
used in ipa-replica-prepare (next patch).
The fake_mname for now doesn't exists but is a feature that will be
added in the near future. Since any unknown arguments to bind-dyndb-ldap
are ignored, we are safe to use it now.
We use kadmin.local to bootstrap the creation of the kerberos principals
for the IPA server machine: host, HTTP and ldap. This works fine and has
the side-effect of protecting the services from modification by an
admin (which would likely break the server).
Unfortunately this also means that the services can't be managed by useful
utilities such as certmonger. So we have to create them as "real" services
instead.
If the DNS zones already exist but don't contain our own records, add
them. This patch introduces the ipalib.api into the installers. For now,
the code is still little messy. Later patches will abandon the way we
create zones now and use ipalib.api exclusively.
This patch adds options --forwarder and --no-forwarders. At least one of
them must be used if you are doing a setup with DNS server. They are
also mutually exclusive. The --forwarder option can be used more than
once to specify more servers. If the installer runs in interactive mode,
it will prompt the user if none of these option was given at the command
line.
The ipa-replica-install script will setup the DNS if user specifies the
--setup-dns option. It will only add the zone into LDAP if the
cn=dns,$SUFFIX container doesn't exist. For now, however, we do not add
the records.
