Alexandre Mulatinho 6e414d2291 ipa-join: allowing call with jsonrpc into freeipa API 
Adding JSON-C and LibCURL library into configure.ac and Makefile.am

Creating a API call with option '-j' or '--jsonrpc' to make host join
on FreeIPA with JSONRPC and libCURL.

Alexandre Mulatinho a38a384359 ipa-scripts: fix all ipa command line scripts to operate with -I 
Replacing -E flag to -I on all ipa python scripts except tests.
