- Added new BuildRequires:
- Fixup Obsolete/Conflicts, use license macro
- Don't require autoconf/autotools for non-snapshots
- Remove macro overuse, remove fedora/rhel checks and sysvinit support
- Make listings/grouping of all plugins/libs to reduce file listing
